How do I know if tickets are available for purchase on
Moviefone?
If tickets are available for purchase, a numbered box will appear next
to the movie title or theater name. There will also be a "Buy Tickets"
button at the bottom of your screen. If a showtime
appears inside parentheses (8:30), tickets for that show are no longer available
on Moviefone.
How do I buy my tickets in advance?
Make sure you are buying tickets for the day of the show you want. (Tap "[change date]" for a different day.) Once you have made your movie selection, tap the numbered box next to the movie or theater that you have selected. Then scroll to the bottom of
the page and tap the "Buy Tickets" button. You will then be able to choose
the showtime for which you want tickets, tap the "Next" button. Enter all
of your order information, and tap the "Next-Verify Order" button and wait for a confirmation.
You will have a chance to review your order before you make your final purchase. Tap "Purchase Tickets" to finalize your order. Moviefone will then execute the order for you. Do
not tap any other buttons until your ticket purchase has been confirmed or your
purchase will not be completed.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can buy?
There is a
6 ticket limit per order. To order more than 6 tickets, complete one
transaction and then purchase the additional tickets in a separate order.
Moviefone accepts a maximum of 9 tickets per credit card per week.
I received an error when I tried to purchase tickets. What should I
do?
The error message you received should give you a specific reason why the
transaction was not processed. If not, check to see if the bullseye
at the top of your screen has stopped flashing. If so, tap the back arrow to review your order.
Check that you have correctly completed all fields and send your order again by tapping the "Purchase Tickets" button.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
To pick up your tickets, go to the theater on the day of the show. The tickets will be waiting at the box office or at an Automatic Ticket Machine (ATM) in the theater lobby. Just present the exact credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
